California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Policy

AMERICAN LAMINATES, INC., a California corporation (“ALI”) does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties the personally identifiable information of any person who provides such information to ALI unless ALI provides advance notice.

This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist ALI in operating its website, conducting its business, or servicing customers, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. ALI may also release the personal information of individuals who provide such information to ALI when ALI believes release of such information is appropriate in order to comply with applicable law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights of ALI (or other parties) in property or safety. It should be noted that, ALI sometimes keeps records of persons who request samples from ALI.

You may submit a request for ALI to disclose to you what personal information that ALI has collected or used, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). In order to submit a request, please call us toll free at 800-800-2536 or submit an online request to sales@americanlaminates.com . ALI will disclose and deliver the information required by the CCPA within 45 days of receipt of a verifiable request. CCPA gives you the right to request information such as categories of personal information collected, specific pieces of personal information collected, categories of sources from which we collected personal information, the purpose for which we use the personal information.
